What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we save your email, selected plan and signup date to send launch updates. Contact support to leave the waitlist. We collect the website URL and email you submit for a free scan; any optional business context you provide; your scan results; and payment and report records. A private browser cookie protects guest report access. Stripe processes card information; Inspire AI Score does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use this information to run scans, prepare and deliver reports, provide support and manage payments or refunds. Submitting the email requests report delivery and allows Inspire Licensing LLC to follow up through GoHighLevel about your scan and relevant services. Resend is used only for transactional report delivery. Submitted business details may be processed by our hosting and research providers. Paid research uses an AI service and public web searches.
Reports and service providers
Report links contain a private access token. Anyone with the link can view the report: keep it private. We use Sites hosting and storage, Stripe payments, an AI research provider for paid audits, and an email delivery provider when configured. Free website checks do not call an AI model. We send completed free scan contact details, website URL, score, priorities and private report link to our GoHighLevel CRM so Inspire Licensing LLC can follow up about the scan and relevant services. We do not sell submitted emails or reports.
Retention and requests
We retain scan and purchase records to provide reports, support and payment records. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute handling or other applicable obligations. Deleting browser cookies removes browser-based access but does not delete server records.
Cookies and security
We use a necessary cookie to recognize your browser and protect private reports, plus browser storage for active audit state and checklist choices. Stripe may use its own checkout cookies. No system is risk-free; avoid submitting passwords, payment-card details, patient data or other sensitive personal information in the business context field.
