One-time purchase
A deep audit is $79 USD once, as a single snapshot. Free scans have no charge. Valid discounts are applied at checkout.
Duplicate charges and failed audits
Contact us if you were charged twice for the same intended audit, cannot access a purchased report, or the audit failed. We will investigate and either restore the report, complete the audit without another charge, or refund a duplicate charge or an audit we cannot deliver. Do not pay again to fix a failed audit.
Requesting help
Email support@inspireconsulting.group with your checkout email, purchase date and business URL. Include a Stripe receipt reference if available. Never email full card details. Contact us promptly so we can locate the purchase.
Delivered reports
A low grade, an inaccessible third-party profile, or a recommendation you disagree with does not by itself mean the service failed. If a delivered report is materially incomplete or contains an error, contact us so we can review it and determine an appropriate correction or refund. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.
Processing
Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Refunded or disputed purchases may lose access to the paid report.
